Amends Section 67-1-83 of Mississippi Code to allow counties, municipalities, tribes, or state agencies that are "wet" under local option alcoholic beverage control law to authorize package retailers to sell alcoholic beverages on Sunday.

Permits Sunday package retail sales only during 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., if authorized by county board of supervisors, municipal governing authority, or other governing body through resolution, ordinance, or other order.

Package retailers are not required to conduct Sunday sales and may continue operating Monday through Saturday only if they choose.

Existing prohibitions on sales before 10:00 a.m., after 10:00 p.m., and on Christmas Day remain in effect.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
