Amends Mississippi Code Section 67-1-81 to authorize the Commissioner of Revenue to require permittees to use an independent, third-party age-verification app on licensed premises after a third or subsequent offense of selling alcoholic beverages to persons under age 21.

The required age-verification app must have at least an 85% accuracy rating according to national standards.

Commissioner may promulgate rules and regulations to determine the length of time a permittee must use the app.

Age-verification requirement applies in addition to existing penalties, including permit suspension or revocation, and is not affected by expunction of conviction.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
