Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not to exceed $1,312,500 to fund wastewater infrastructure improvements for the City of Petal, Mississippi.

Bond proceeds will assist Petal in constructing and expanding wastewater infrastructure necessary to transport wastewater to the City of Hattiesburg's sewer lagoon.

Bonds mature in no more than 25 years, with no more than $675,000 issued per fiscal year and all bonds issued by July 1, 2029.

Creates a special "2025 City of Petal Wastewater Infrastructure Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and any investment earnings, with funds disbursed by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Pledges the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi for bond repayment, with bonds exempt from state taxation and qualifying as legal investments for state fiduciaries and financial institutions.
