Transfers administration of the Mississippi Main Street Revitalization Grant Program from the Mississippi Development Authority to the Mississippi Department of Archives and History.

Increases the maximum grant amount per community per year from $500,000 to $750,000.

Allows the Mississippi Department of Archives and History to provide up to 2% of deposited funds to the Mississippi Main Street Association for administrative expenses (changed from "shall" to "may").

Maintains existing grant eligibility requirements, matching fund requirements, and project criteria for downtown revitalization and historic preservation.

Takes effect upon passage.
