Increases Mississippi Department of Archives and History FY2025 special funds appropriation by $6,972,000 (from $26,678,000 to $33,650,000) to administer the Main Street Revitalization Grant Program.

Directs the Department of Archives and History to distribute $6,972,000 from the Mississippi Main Street Revitalization Grant Program Fund to 22 designated Main Street communities for specific downtown revitalization, restoration, and improvement projects.

Grant amounts range from $120,000 to $500,000 per community, with projects including building restorations, streetscape improvements, welcome centers, and historic site preservation across the state.
