Authorizes the Secretary of State to serve notice of dissolution to corporations by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address, removing the option of first-class mail.

Allows the Secretary of State to serve certificates of dissolution to corporations by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address.

Permits notice of revocation of a foreign corporation's certificate of authority to be served by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address.

Authorizes notice of administrative dissolution and revocation of registration for limited liability companies and foreign limited liability companies to be served by electronic mail only to the registered agent's email address.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
