Remove the requirement that initiative measure petitions be printed on sheets at least 8.5 inches wide and 14 inches long, allowing petitions to be printed on standard paper of good writing quality.

Require the Secretary of State to provide the initiative petition form on the Secretary of State's website for public access.

Change the process so that circuit clerks of various counties shall submit certified petition signatures to the Secretary of State for filing, rather than allowing the petition proposer to do so.

Include certified signatures when circuit clerks submit petitions to the Secretary of State once the minimum required number of signatures is obtained.

Effective date of July 1, 2025.
