Reenacts Sections 47-5-1001 through 47-5-1014 of the Mississippi Code governing the intensive supervision program and electronic home detention operated by the Department of Corrections.

Makes a minor nonsubstantive change to Section 47-5-1011 by replacing "Insuring" with "Ensuring" regarding electronic monitoring devices.

Extends the repeal date of the intensive supervision program and electronic home detention from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028.

Maintains existing program requirements including monthly fees for participants ($88 minimum for adults; $10-$50 sliding scale for juveniles), employment or student status, community service hours, and electronic monitoring compliance.

Takes effect June 30, 2025.
