Extends the repeal date of maximum fee provisions for real estate broker and salesperson licenses from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2028.

Maintains current maximum fees: $100 for broker license applications, $75 for partnership/association/corporate officer licenses, and $100 for salesperson license applications.

Keeps annual renewal fee caps at $75 for brokers and $60 for salespersons, with various additional fees for office changes, duplicates, and status changes not to exceed specified amounts.

Allows the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to establish actual fees up to the maximum limits specified in the statute.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
