Establishes the "First Responder Halo Act of 2025" to protect first responders (law enforcement, fire, emergency medical, emergency management, and public works personnel) engaged in lawful duties from interference and harassment.

Makes it unlawful for a person to knowingly approach or remain within 25 feet of a first responder after receiving a verbal warning not to approach, if the person intends to impede, threaten with physical harm, or harass the responder.

Defines "harass" as willfully engaging in conduct directed at a first responder that intentionally causes substantial emotional distress and serves no legitimate purpose.

Violations constitute hindering prosecution in the second degree, a misdemeanor punishable under Section 97-9-129(3).

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
