Amends Section 241 of the Mississippi Constitution to suspend voting rights upon conviction for voter fraud, bribery, theft, arson, obtaining money or goods under false pretense, perjury, forgery, embezzlement, bigamy, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising by Attorney General opinions, excluding murder and rape.

Automatically restores voting rights once a convicted person satisfies all sentencing requirements including parole (but not probation).

Repeals Section 253 of the Mississippi Constitution, which allowed the legislature to restore voting rights by two-thirds vote of both houses.

Submits the proposed amendment to qualified electors for a vote on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November 2026.
