Proposes amendment to Section 112 of Mississippi Constitution to repeal the 1986 provision that redistributes tax revenues from the Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Plant

Restores Claiborne County's direct authority to levy county and special taxes on the nuclear-powered electrical generating plant at rates determined by the county

Requires that no less than 70% of all revenue derived from the nuclear-powered electrical generating plant must remain within Claiborne County for public infrastructure, education, healthcare, and economic development

Removes nuclear-powered electrical generating plant property from Class IV public utility property classification in the tax code

Directs submission of the amendment to qualified electors at the election on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November 2026
