Calls upon the United States Congress to repeal the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act of 1994, which prohibits interference with access to abortion facilities and pregnancy resource centers.

Alleges that the Biden Administration weaponized the FACE Act by bringing 26 charges against pro-life individuals in 2022 while bringing zero prosecutions against abortion activists who vandalized pro-life pregnancy centers.

Cites specific cases of pro-life individuals prosecuted under the FACE Act, including Mark Houck (acquitted after FBI raid), Paul Vaughn (sentenced to supervised release), Dr. Coleman Boyd (sentenced to house arrest and fines), and Bevelyn Beatty Williams (sentenced to three and one-half years in prison).

Requires copies of the resolution to be sent to President Trump, congressional leadership, Mississippi's congressional delegation, the U.S. Attorney General's office, and Capitol press corps.
