Commends and congratulates Rowdy Briscoe, a 13-year-old from Choctaw, Mississippi, for being named the 2024 State Games of Mississippi Youth Athlete of the Year.

Recognizes Rowdy's outstanding athletic performance, sportsmanship, and positive attitude in stickball, a traditional sport of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.

Notes Rowdy's achievements including winning a gold medal with his Beaver Dam team in 2024, being named MVP by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, and winning a 4th Championship in the World Series of Stickball.

Acknowledges Rowdy's multi-sport participation, including bronze and silver medals in State Games Youth Baseball.

Directs that copies of this resolution be furnished to Rowdy Briscoe and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
