Designates November 9, 2025, as "Gold Star Father's Day" in Mississippi to honor fathers of fallen or permanently disabled members of the United States Armed Forces.

Recognizes the extraordinary sacrifice and loss experienced by Gold Star Fathers and celebrates their relationship with their fallen children.

Notes that the Gold Star Fathers Act was signed into law in 2015 to provide benefits to Gold Star Fathers equal to those for Gold Star Mothers, but did not establish a designated day of observance.

References that Georgia designated November 9 as Gold Star Father's Day in 2017 and that Gold Star Mother's Day is observed on the last Sunday in September.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to the Mississippi Veterans Affairs and the Capitol Press Corps.
