Calls upon U.S. Congress to pass H.R. 589 and S. 223 to repeal the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act of 1994, which prohibits interference with access to reproductive health services and abortion facilities.

Alleges the FACE Act has been weaponized by the Biden administration against pro-life activists while failing to prosecute attacks on pregnancy resource centers and churches, citing only 5 arrests related to attacks on pro-life groups versus at least 26 FACE Act charges against pro-life individuals in 2022.

Commends President Trump for pardoning or granting clemency to 23 pro-life Americans convicted under the FACE Act for protest activities at abortion clinics.

Urges Mississippi Senators Cindy Hyde-Smith and Roger Wicker and Congressmen Trent Kelly, Bennie Thompson, Michael Guest, and Mike Ezell to cosponsor legislation repealing the FACE Act.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to President Trump, Congressional leadership, Mississippi's federal delegation, the U.S. Attorney General, and the Capitol Press Corps.
