Commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Sport Fish Restoration Program, which began with the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act in 1950 and was expanded by the Wallop-Breaux amendment in 1984

Recognizes the American System of Conservation Funding, which has contributed over $78 billion since 1939 through wildlife and sport fish restoration programs combined with license fees to state fish and wildlife agencies

Acknowledges the cooperative partnership between anglers, boaters, the sportfishing industry, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks in managing fisheries

Funds the Sport Fish Restoration Program through manufacturers' excise taxes on fishing equipment and excise taxes on motorboat and small engine fuels, which are distributed to states for fisheries conservation and angler access

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Capitol Press Corps
