Commends Mississippi native Ralph Null, a world-renowned floral designer and painter with over five decades of professional experience in the floral industry.

Recognizes Null's floral designs featured at White House State Dinners, presidential inaugurals, major department stores, and museums including the Smithsonian Institute, Virginia Museum of Fine Art, and Chrysler Museum.

Honors Null's career as a Mississippi State University professor and instructor in floral design, his development of the "Naturalistic Organic Design" genre, and his authorship of five books on floral arrangements.

Acknowledges Null's professional leadership including serving as President of AIFD National, founding member of the AIFD Foundation, and numerous industry awards including the 2007 Award of Design Influence.

Notes Null's community involvement with religious organizations, art centers, preservation societies, and Camp Rising Sun, as well as his completion of over 300 paintings since 2020.
