Commends and congratulates Harley Grace Vinzant of Vicksburg, Mississippi, on being crowned Miss Dixie National 2025 on January 11, 2025.

Recognizes her competition victories in horsemanship, appearance, and photogenic categories at the Miss Dixie National pageant held at the Mississippi State Fairgrounds.

Acknowledges her academic achievements as a freshman at East Mississippi Community College pursuing a degree in political science with a minor in interior design, and her community service work with Operation Christmas Child and Angel Tree food drives.

Recognizes her accomplished equestrian skills as a barrel racer competing in the National Barrel Horse Association and her prior titles as Junior Miss Dixie National 2022 and Dixie National Flag Girl in 2023 and 2024.

Directs copies of the resolution to be furnished to Harley Grace Vinzant, the Dixie National Livestock Show and Rodeo, and the Capitol Press Corps.
