Commends Ida B. Wells APAC School Thespian Troupe 4909 for winning the Chapter Select Category at the International Thespian Festival for the second consecutive year.

Recognizes the troupe's production of "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When The Rainbow Is Enuf," directed by Ashia Benford and choreographed by Malaika Quarterman, as an outstanding achievement in theatrical artistry.

Names nine cast members, three crew members, and three staff who will represent Mississippi at the International Thespian Festival in Bloomington, Indiana from June 22-27, 2025.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Ida B. Wells APAC School Thespian Troupe 4909, their director, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
