Designates March 6, 2025, as "Omega Psi Phi Day" in Mississippi to honor the fraternity's history and community service.

Recognizes Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., founded November 17, 1911, at Howard University by Edgar Amos Love, Oscar James Cooper, and Frank Coleman with faculty advisor Dr. Ernest Everett Just.

Acknowledges the fraternity's 21 graduate chapters and nine undergraduate chapters in Mississippi and their 5,000+ hours of community service and hundreds of thousands in charitable donations.

Highlights notable Omega members' achievements including Robert C. Weaver (first African-American cabinet secretary), L. Douglas Wilder (first African-American governor), David Satcher (16th Surgeon General), and civil rights figures Spottswood Robinson, Oliver Hill, and Bayard Rustin.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and Capitol Press Corps.
