Amends Chapter 2149, Laws of 2022 to revise the composition of Mississippi House of Representatives Districts 16, 22, 36, 39, and 41 in response to a July 2, 2024 federal court ruling finding violations of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.

Maintains 122 single-member House districts statewide with detailed precinct-level descriptions for each district; uses 2020 Census Public Law 94-171 data and county boundaries as of January 1, 2022.

Authorizes the Secretary of State to correct technical errors, omissions, or overlaps in district descriptions while maintaining population equality, contiguity, and compactness, with guidance provided by the Reapportionment Committee.

Establishes election schedule for 2025 special elections in affected districts, including qualifying deadline of May 30, primary election on August 5, runoff on September 2, and general election on November 4.

Takes effect only upon approval by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi in the NAACP v. Mississippi Board of Election Commissioners case (3:22-CV-734).
