Amends Chapter 2150, Laws of 2022, to revise the composition of 10 Mississippi State Senate districts (1, 2, 10, 11, 19, 34, 41, 42, 44, and 45) in response to a July 2, 2024 federal court order finding violations of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.

Creates new district boundaries for the affected Senate districts to ensure minorities have an opportunity to elect candidates of their choice while minimizing ripple effects to existing districts.

Provides detailed precinct-level composition for all 52 Mississippi State Senate districts, with partial/split precincts identified by asterisks and detailed in a Split Precinct Block List to be filed with the Secretary of State.

Establishes a 2025 election schedule for affected districts, including qualifying (May 19-30), special primary election (August 5), runoff (September 2), and special general election (November 4).

Takes effect upon approval by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi in the case Mississippi State Conf. of the NAACP v. State Bd. of Election Comm'rs, No. 3:22-CV-734.
