Allows independent or partial owners of cows, goats, or sheep to use milk from their animals in raw form for personal consumption or personal use without legal prohibition.

Permits the sale of raw milk directly to consumers on the farm premises where it is produced, provided the sale is not for institutional use.

Establishes requirements for incidental raw milk sales: limited to farms with no more than nine producing animals, direct consumer sales only, no advertising, and must provide notice of health risks associated with unprocessed dairy products.

Specifies sanitation requirements for raw milk production including clean cement floors, enclosed/screened milking areas, fly straps, and sterile containers for milking and storage.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
