Prohibits timber mills in Mississippi that receive state funding from discriminating against landowners based solely on the landowners' future use of their property.

Requires timber mills that decline to do business with a landowner to provide an articulable reason for the refusal; if the sole reason is the landowner's future property use, the mill violates this section.

Prohibits timber purchasers from issuing or enforcing contracts requiring landowners to replant timber, prohibiting conversion to pasture, or otherwise dictating future property use.

Establishes that contracts violating these provisions are valid except for the specific unenforceable terms or obligations that conflict with this section.

Establishes a misdemeanor penalty of up to $5,000 fine for timber mills found in violation; effective July 1, 2025.
