Extends the repeal date of Mississippi's intensive supervision program and electronic home detention provisions from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2029.

Corrects spelling in Section 47-5-1011(1)(c) from "Insuring" to "Ensuring" regarding electronic monitoring devices.

Brings forward Sections 47-5-1001 through 47-5-1009, 47-5-1013, and 47-5-1014 of the Mississippi Code for possible future amendment without changes to existing program requirements or participant obligations.

Maintains existing program requirements including monthly participation fees (minimum $88 for adults, $10-$50 sliding scale for juveniles), mandatory employment or student status, community service requirements of at least 10 hours monthly, and residence restrictions under correctional officer supervision.

Takes effect June 30, 2025.
