Prohibits circuit court judges from providing any political candidate an opportunity to address the public during court terms.

Amends Section 23-15-973, Mississippi Code of 1972, to strike the requirement that judges give candidates for judicial offices reasonable time to address the public and replaces it with an explicit prohibition on such opportunities.

Maintains existing prohibitions on judicial candidates aligning with other candidates or political parties, and on non-judicial candidates interfering with judicial nominations.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
