Extends the repeal date of sections 73-11-41 through 73-11-73 of the Mississippi Code (creating and governing the State Board of Funeral Service) from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2029.

Brings forward existing funeral service regulations covering licensing requirements, board composition, disciplinary procedures, crematory operations, and funeral establishment standards without substantive changes.

Maintains the State Board of Funeral Service as a seven-member board appointed by the Governor with Senate consent, including three funeral service licensees, three funeral director licensees, and one public member.

Preserves regulatory authority over funeral directors, funeral service practitioners, crematories, and funeral establishments, including inspection, licensing, and disciplinary powers.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
