Extends the repeal date of telework authority for state service agencies from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2027.

Allows appointing authorities of state agencies to authorize telework for employees in accordance with policies approved by the State Personnel Board.

Requires agencies implementing telework to establish procedures protecting privileged or confidential information, obtain signed telework agreements from employees, and maintain in-office staff for public contact.

Mandates agencies report teleworking employee names, titles, and schedules to the State Personnel Board, which must provide annual reports to legislative committees by December 31.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with telework authority provisions set to expire July 1, 2027 unless further extended.
