Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to residents supporting the Mississippi College School of Law, adding it to the existing list of eligible beneficiary organizations.

Requires an additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, collected annually at registration renewal, in addition to all other vehicle taxes and fees.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to the Mississippi College School of Law, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 per application fee for deposit into the county general fund, with the remainder remitted monthly to the state department.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and automatically repeals June 30, 2025.
