Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue up to $1,000,000 in general obligation bonds to assist the City of Pearl, Mississippi with repair, renovation, upgrades, and improvements to its city hall building and related facilities.

Creates the "2025 City of Pearl City Hall Improvements Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the authorized city hall projects.

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, with interest rates not exceeding limits in Section 75-17-101, Mississippi Code of 1972, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

No bonds may be issued under this authorization after July 1, 2029, and any remaining funds in the special fund after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the bonds.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
