Appropriates $4,725,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Brookhaven for infrastructure projects during fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $1,700,000 for wastewater treatment plant improvements, including the lagoon.

Allocates $1,500,000 for reconstruction of Brookway Boulevard.

Allocates $725,000 for installing railroad safety fencing throughout downtown.

Allocates $500,000 for Brignall Well improvements and $300,000 for debris removal.
