Adds three new professional categories eligible for a $6,000 annual salary supplement: licensed occupational therapists with Occupational Therapist Registered certification, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) licensed in Mississippi, and certified school psychologists licensed in Mississippi.

Requires submission of certification documentation to the State Department of Education by October 15 for full-year supplement eligibility, or by February 15 for prorated supplement starting the second term.

Specifies that employees can only receive one $6,000 salary supplement even if holding multiple qualifying certifications, and prohibits school districts from reducing local supplements for recipients.

Requires the State Department of Education to pay supplements directly to school districts as additions to existing funding formulas and allocations.

Effective July 1, 2025.
