Amends Mississippi Code to expand "Cardiac Emergency Response Plan" to "Cardiac and Choking Emergency Response Plan (CCERP)" to address both sudden cardiac arrest and airway obstruction due to choking in public and charter schools.

Defines "Airway Clearance Device (ACD)" as a portable medical device using manually created suction to remove airway blockage during choking emergencies and registered as a Class I or Class II acute upper airway obstruction device with the FDA.

Requires each public school to develop a CCERP beginning in the 2025-2026 school year that addresses response procedures for sudden cardiac arrest, choking, or similar life-threatening emergencies on school grounds.

Mandates schools establish emergency response teams, maintain AED and ACD devices with routine maintenance plans, conduct annual drills, train staff in CPR/AED/ACD use, and integrate plans with local EMS providers using evidence-based guidelines from the American Heart Association or FDA.

Allows schools to accept gifts, grants, and donations for purchasing ACDs and AEDs that meet FDA standards and for training and maintenance costs.
