Amends Section 37-28-45 of Mississippi Code to require charter schools to compile and release the same data as noncharter public schools.

Charter schools must comply with all student assessment and accountability requirements applicable to noncharter public schools, including any data compilation and release requirements.

Charter schools may still establish additional student assessment measures beyond state requirements if approved by their authorizer.

Effective July 1, 2025.
