Requires a framed copy of the Ten Commandments at least 16 inches wide and 20 inches tall to be displayed in every classroom in legible typeface.

Mandates a nondenominational prayer be recited over the PA system and in each classroom at the start of every scheduled school day in all public and charter schools.

Allows students and faculty to opt out of daily prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance without penalty by remaining seated and silent at their desk.

Prohibits school district staff and faculty from discrimination or reprisal based on religious views and beliefs.

Requires U.S. flags displayed in classrooms and principal offices to be at least 36 inches long and 24 inches tall, with implementation beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.
