Requires public schools and postsecondary educational institutions to display the Ten Commandments, Mayflower Compact, Declaration of Independence, and Mississippi historical/cultural facts in a conspicuous place in each building and classroom by January 1, 2026.

Specifies Ten Commandments poster must measure at least 16 by 20 inches with large, easily readable font and include a historical context statement about the Ten Commandments in American education.

Prohibits schools and institutions from using their own funds to purchase displays; allows them to accept donated displays or donated funds for purchases instead.

Directs the State Board of Education to adopt implementing rules and regulations and requires the State Department of Education to identify free compliance resources and list them on its website.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
