Authorizes homeschooled students to participate in interscholastic extracurricular activities at the public school to which they would be assigned under district attendance policies.

Requires participating homeschooled students to pay the same fees, meet the same academic and behavioral standards, provide proof of passing grades, and comply with physical examination and immunization requirements as public school students.

Establishes that transportation to school activities is the responsibility of the parent, guardian, or student, and prohibits public schools from discriminating against eligible homeschooled students in team selection.

Creates the "Homeschool Extracurricular Activity Fund" and provides $2,250 per homeschooled student who participated in extracurricular activities in the prior year to requesting school districts.

Specifies that participation is a privilege, not a right, and does not create legal causes of action; takes effect July 1, 2025.
