Amends Section 37-21-3 of Mississippi Code to limit the exemption from educational qualification requirements for charter school teachers in prekindergarten and early childhood education programs.

Charter school teachers employed in programs that receive grant funding from the State Department of Education must now meet the same educational qualifications as other teachers, including bachelor's degree requirements in early childhood education or related fields.

Charter school teachers in programs that do not receive State Department of Education grant funding remain exempt from these educational qualification requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
