Adds hemp-derived products designed for human ingestion and/or consumption that are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration to Schedule I of controlled substances.

Exempts hemp products regulated under Mississippi Code Sections 69-25-201 through 69-25-221 and FDA-approved hemp-derived products from the Schedule I prohibition.

Exempts cannabidiol (CBD) contained in FDA-approved legend drug products or obtained under Section 41-29-136 from Schedule I classification.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
