Adds new penalty for persons who intentionally direct, participate, conduct, further, or assist in illegal gang activity using uncrewed aircraft or uncrewed aircraft systems, with imprisonment of 1 year to half the maximum term for the underlying offense and up to $10,000 fine.

Authorizes forfeiture of uncrewed aircraft and uncrewed aircraft systems in possession of criminal street gang members, following the same civil forfeiture procedures as firearms and dangerous weapons.

Defines "uncrewed aircraft" and "uncrewed aircraft system" within the Mississippi Streetgang Act by reference to Section 61-21-3.

Sentences imposed under the new uncrewed aircraft penalty must be served consecutively to sentences for underlying offenses and any other sentences imposed under the streetgang statute.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
