Amends Mississippi Code Section 99-51-3 to grant sexual assault victims the right to be informed in writing of policies governing collection and preservation of sexual assault evidence kits.

Extends the notification period for law enforcement intent to destroy or dispose of sexual assault evidence kits from 20 days to 60 days, with victims retaining the right to request further preservation.

Requires licensed hospitals operating emergency departments to have at least one physician, advanced practice registered nurse, physician assistant, or registered nurse available at all times to conduct forensic examinations and prepare evidence collection kits for sexual assault victims.

Mandates all licensed hospitals screen, treat, or examine sexual assault victims who present to the facility and maintain sufficient supplies of sexual assault evidence collection kits.

Authorizes licensed hospitals to contract with forensic nurses to conduct examinations and prepare evidence kits, with the law taking effect July 1, 2025.
