Amends Mississippi Code Section 45-33-23 to add incest convictions to the definition of "sex offense" requiring registration under the state's sex offender registry law.

Adds Section 97-29-5 (incest) and Section 97-29-27 (incestuous marriages) to the list of registrable offenses in subsection (h).

Applies to convictions of incest and incestuous marriages committed in Mississippi or in other jurisdictions where such registration is required.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
