Clarifies that all MAGCOR work initiative program wage withholdings are calculated based on participant wages after mandatory deductions.

Requires the corporation to collect and maintain accounting of dependent support payments, fines, restitutions, fees, and court-ordered costs for each work initiative participant.

Increases the administrative fee deduction from 10% to 15% of inmate wages (after mandatory deductions) to be paid to the corporation, sheriff's department, or private facility contractor.

Requires participating financial institutions to collect, maintain, and report the creation date for financial accounts opened by work initiative participants.

Requires the collection and reporting of remaining sentence length for each work initiative participant in semiannual reports to the Joint Legislative Committee on Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review (PEER) and the Corrections and Criminal Justice Oversight Task Force.
