Discontinues the Earned-Time Allowance Program administered by the Mississippi Department of Corrections effective July 1, 2025.

Transfers supervision responsibility for offenders released under the program to the Division of Community Corrections, applying the same procedures, standards, and conditions used for probation and parole supervision.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Corrections to promulgate rules and regulations implementing the transfer of supervision responsibilities.

Makes conforming amendments to multiple Mississippi Code sections (47-5-138.1, 47-5-139, 47-5-140, 47-7-3.2, 47-7-29, 97-3-104, 99-19-21, 97-31-35, 47-7-9, 47-5-142, 47-7-5, 47-7-27, 47-7-49, 47-5-723, 47-5-727, 47-5-198) to remove references to earned-time allowance programs and earned-release supervision.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
