Requires Mississippi Department of Corrections to procure a data collection system to track inmate identifying information, offense details, sentencing data, custody status, and rehabilitation programs upon appropriation.

Mandates collection of probation and post-release supervision data including identifying information, sentence length, case plans, and revocation details.

Requires collection of facility operational data including daily prison population, correctional officer staffing levels and vacancies, per diem rates, and average daily costs per inmate.

Directs Department to publish aggregated data on its website in real-time dashboard format and machine-readable electronic format, with monthly posting required when real-time posting is not feasible.

Requires semiannual reporting to Oversight Task Force and PEER Committee on prison admissions, sentence lengths, recidivism rates, probation revocations, and post-release supervision outcomes; takes effect July 1, 2025.
