Establishes an inmate work program allowing eligible inmates to perform services for the Mississippi Department of Transportation, with the Department of Corrections defining eligibility standards and adopting necessary rules.

Requires inmate compensation at prevailing wage or federal minimum wage (whichever is higher) and mandates participants maintain a financial institution account with wage deductions allocated as follows: 25% for dependent support/court-ordered fines and restitution, 50% mandatory savings, up to 15% for facility administrative and transportation costs, and 10% for incidental expenses.

Makes inmate savings account funds available upon parole or release, with any remaining monies after mandatory deductions deposited to the inmate's account.

Authorizes the Department of Corrections to work with MAGCOR (prison industries corporation) in implementing the program and managing its oversight in each Department of Transportation District.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
