Increases maximum gross vehicle weight for concrete transport vehicles from 60,000 to 64,000 pounds for three-axle configurations and establishes 72,000 pounds for four-axle configurations.

Extends the same weight increases (64,000 pounds for three-axle and 72,000 pounds for four-axle configurations) to vehicles designed to transport solid waste.

Establishes axle distribution limits of 22,000 pounds per single axle, 48,000 pounds per two-axle tandem, and 57,000 pounds per three-axle tandem for affected vehicles.

Requires affected vehicles to operate within 50 miles of their home base, maintain rated vehicle capacity loads, have brake-equipped wheels, and prohibits operation on federal interstate highways and posted restricted roads or bridges.

Effective July 1, 2025.
