Deletes the July 1, 2025 repeal date for Section 63-5-33(5), making permanent the provisions allowing harvest permit vehicles a 10% gross weight tolerance not to exceed 88,000 pounds.

Requires harvest permit holders to notify county boards of supervisors or municipal governing authorities in writing before operating vehicles at weights greater than legally allowed, identifying intended routes and operation dates/timeframe.

Allows local authorities 2 working days to respond with designated routes; failure to respond authorizes permit holders to operate on any roads, streets or highways of that county or municipality.

Permits timber deed grantees to request designated and approved routes from local authorities within 3 working days of filing the timber deed, with route designations valid for 6 months.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
