Modifies the definition of "agritourism activity" to require that activities be conducted on a location registered by an agritourism professional with the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce.

Requires agritourism professionals to post warning signage at the entrance to the agritourism location (instead of both entrance and activity site) with minimum one-inch black letters notifying participants of liability limitations under state law.

Establishes an annual registration requirement with the Department of Agriculture and Commerce at a cost of $50.00 per agritourism professional, with collected fees deposited into a special fund that does not lapse into the General Fund.

Maintains existing liability protections for agritourism professionals from participant injuries resulting from inherent risks, except where willful or wanton disregard, failure to disclose known dangers, or intentional injury occurs.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
